Live gaming platform juggernaut Evolution Gaming has signed another big name I-gaming operator to its live casino solution.
It was announced yesterday that Ladbrokes will be licensing their software for live dealer gaming in a recently signed deal.
Ladbrokes have been offering players a live dealer product for a few years already using CWC Gaming's software. CWC, based in Costa Rica, and claiming to be the first major provider of live casino games have powered Ladbrokes live blackjack, roulette, baccarat and Sic Bo offerings and also their own casino, Casino Web Cam.
With a raft of major online gambling operators adding live casino games recently, and advances in the quality of platform offerings, Ladbrokes have decided its time for a change. And they have moved to the platform that most of the majors seem to be signing with - Evolution Gaming.
Evolution stream their live games (presently blackjack, roulette and baccarat) from a dealer studio in Riga, Latvia.
Presently Ladbrokes are still using the older CWC platform and it has not been made clear when exactly the new platform will be offered to players.
